Shipping Policy
​Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States, and delivery times typically range between 5-10 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
International Shipping:
At this time, The Soy and Co. ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future.

Damages and Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thesoyandco.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
