Returns and Refunds
At The SOY and Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you prefer, you may exchange your candle for another product of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are refundable when a return or exchange is approved.
If you are returning an item, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for candles that have been used or opened.
